VIRC32 does not require any tricky setup procedures. Simply run the setup.exe included in the archive and follow the steps. Be sure to install VIRC32 into your main VADV directory.

Once it is installed, run VIRC32.exe and setup the IRC servers you wish your users to have access to. That's it! Just log into your BBS, enter teleconference and type /I to enter IRC mode.
