There is a British show called "As Time Goes By" where, in one episode, the
main male character is trying to have a photo taken in one of those photo
booths (either for a passport or a book cover).  He is harrassed by a group
of younger people who are apparently from "the continent."

I often picture those kids when the Nodelist Police come up.  Well, them
or Bib Fortuna from "Return of the Jedi."
