It's a lot of work sifting through personal collections, sorting by  
condition, etc. You don't want to introduce vermin and/or musty-smelling  
books along-side new books.

I couldn't find that paricular report in writing anywhere online. But it  
wouldn't be unusual for Heather to say something like that inorder to draw  
attention in the hopes that people will visit an Indigo and buy something.
