Yes, especially a Used book store. I don't know if they have some
deal with the NEW books store in town but, since Libraries get
a huge discount on the prices, I sort of expect they have their
own source for ordering New books.

Our Library seems to be about 25% young children's books with another
small section for 'Young Adults' (teens) books. I tried to see if I
could find a listing online giving the total but I didn't have any
luck. I think I heard at one time quite a while back that they had
40,000 books, which sounds like a lot but I'm not sure, and they
get new books in several times a month so there should be more now.
Plus libraries here share their books back and forth so they don't
all have to buy a copy of a book, one library lends it out for a
few months or a year, and then they pass it on to another Library
for their turn..

That depends on popularity of the book too. Our library often buys
2 or 3 copies of books that are new and popular.

And we can order a book from another library if ours doesn't have
it. They get it shipped in at no cost to the patron.
