RM> MP>I think my favorite sitcom version, by a long shot, is a
RM> MP>WKRP in Cincinnati e
RM> >ode where Mr. Carlson is Scrooge and the three spirits are
RM> >Jennifer, Venus, a Johnny Fever.
RM>
RM> That show was better than it probably was credited. Lots of
RM> truly unique characters.

Indeed. That is still my favorite office-based TV show. As a youngster, that
is where I wanted to work!

RM> Two episodes that stuck with me a bit was a Thanksgiving
RM> episode where they were freeing live turkeys. They 'freed' them
RM> by dropping them from a helecopter not realizing that turkeys
RM> can't fly and they all fell to their death, splattering on the
RM> ground.
RM>
RM> The other was some sort of online test where someone was doing
RM> a demonstration of how alcohol slows your reaction time as a
RM> warning to people. They kept giving Johnny Fever more and more
RM> drinks, and his reaction times kept getting better and better..
RM> B)

Yeah, and meanwhile Venus kept getting drunker and drunker. That is also one of
my favorites. Another is an hour-long (or two part?) episode where a terrorist
group threatens to blow the station up, which I also often refer to as the
"phone cops" episode.
