(Dr Who for 53 years) B) Last of the Summer Wine was called the "longest-running British Comedy" when it was still being filmed. It started as a one-off episode of another show, in the early 1970s. That pilot did well so they made a series out of it. It ran until sometime in the 2010's. One of my all time favorites. |
