Introduction
============
Have you ever struggled to decide how many Messages you want to keep
in each Message Area?
You may have a rough idea that you want to keep Messages for a couple
of weeks, but how does that translate into a Maximum Messages?
This program does away with that problem. It deletes all the Messages
older than a specified age from every Message Area.
Release Notes
=============
7.05 Added a /MAXIMUM= option to set the maximum number of messages to
be left in an Area, otherwise VAGED defaults to 32767
7.05 Now checks the Permanent Flag on messages and if they are marked
as permanent, does not delete them under any circumstances
