Introduction
============
This utility is used to organise your Message and File
Areas into the same Topics that they are listed under in
the Area Lists, and in alphabetical order within each
Topic.
It will also automatically update each of your Message
and File Function Blocks.

7.04 Modified the order in which Topics are sorted, to ensure that in
VirtualNet the VirtualBBS-related and VirtualNet-related Topics
are presented first
7.04 Introduced new internal Sort routines that replace the use of the
SORT.EXE program in DOS, and run twice as fast as well
