Agree with you. Part of the issue may be the college doesn't want to deal
with what they consider are issues or it could just be lack of money. New
Mexico is next to Texas & they seem to do too many things they see Texas
do...including listening to too much Pink Floyd to their #1 hit from the late
70's.
