Firefox.  However, recent efforts are working on porting Qt5 and the Falken
web browser as the "official" Web browser for OS/2 as Firefox has made some
changes that cannot be ported to OS/2.

https://ecsoft2.org/firefox should help you get started.  Some assembly
required to get Firefox running on OS/2 Warp 4.52.

I would very highly recommend you take a serious look at ArcaOS if you're
going to run a BBS or use OS/2 for day-to-day work and this is coming from
my using ArcaOS to run my BBS under.
