Nick Andre | Sean Dennis | Re: Protests? |

On 04 Jun 20 13:35:50, Sean Dennis said the following to Nick Andre: SD> NA> Problem is, we will likely experience this again come November 3rd. SD> SD> We need to switch from rubber bullets to lead ones. So we have these protests happening in downtown Toronto right now, and in addition to many business owners boarding up their storefronts in preparation for "peaceful protesting", the black police chief we have has unfortunately taken a knee with the protesters. Absolutely disgusting. Kneeling is either for praying, or a sign of defeat and surrender. I was really hoping he would have the balls to say no, there was no "systematic racism" that granted him the privelege of being police chief, or how Toronto has many black cops, or how George Floyd should not be some sort of martyr for black people as he was a *convicted criminal* apparently caught in the act of committing a crime once again. At the very least, I was hoping as police chief he would call for peaceful protest... nothing else. It just seems to me, that if you do not want the police to arrest you, then maybe *don't commit crimes*. Nick --- Renegade vY2Ka2 * Origin: Joey, do you like movies about gladiators? (618:500/24) |
