I am guessing reason #1 is that other places would not offer them
free-handouts and/or are not so accomodating of immigrants as we are.

I think some of them really know deep down that the socialized medicine
does not work as good as they claim (or is one of those things not
available to potential immigrants like themselves) so they stay here,
complain, and try to get the rest of us to adapt to their view of a
socialist utopia.

I think they should all move to Venezuela.
