It was EXCELLENT!!!  I followed that video above and it came out 
great.  Hardest part was flipping it over using a plate like he 
demonstrated, but it pretty much worked.  It ended up a little 
darker on the outside than his in the video, and the inside was a 
little bit runny (probably needed more cook time on low heat), but 
it was fine.  Really enjoyed it and so did the wife.
