Hardest part was flipping it over using a plate like he demonstrated, but it pretty much worked. It ended up a little darker on the outside than his in the video, and the inside was a little bit runny (probably needed more cook time on low heat), but it was fine. Really enjoyed it and so did the wife. Will be making it again, thanks for the info on this! :-) ...
