Professional Opinion Needed!

     It is very slick on the roads...and raining.  You are going down hill

Doing 15 mph less than Speed Limit to be on the safe side.  All of a sudden

The car in front of the one in front of you decides to make a quick left turn

with not warning the others in enough time for a proper reaction to be made.

Car (A) sharply turns left,  Car (B) has to immediatly stop, and slightly ends

up sliding on road, Truck (C) has but a split reaction....Either (1) to turn

onto on coming traffic, or (2) try and not hit car (B) very hard, do to the

railing off the side of the road on Drivers side.

     Car (A) being able to tell it caused an accident still did not turn

around to check on things.  Car (B) had 2 males (one driver & other front

seat passenger), plus a entoxicated 16 yr old female in back.  Emergency

vehicles and all arrived and said there would be no tickets issued do to the

fact of the weather, and it was neither car (B) nor truck (C)'s fault.

     Switching insurance policy like by the law driver of car (B) and driver

of truck (C) did.  A few days later driver (B) called driver (C) saying he had

no insurance and that (C) had to pay for all damages.  Calling Insurance agent

to see why (C)'s insurance read Negative, hearing that without warning co. had

shut (C)'s insurance off without warning.



     Now my wonder is....Is (C) really at steak for paying all damages?
