Marty is unable to get netmail functioning correctly on his system.  I think his
system is misconfigured for netmail, t least on his Fidonet side.

I have not one but two netmail feeds via my RC and Nick's system for Fidonet and
both are working here.

Nevertheless, mail issues belong in MIN_ADMIN, not in here.
