...There is a Slight Risk (level 2/4) of excessive rainfall over the
Southeast Coast of Florida Plains on Saturday...

...Nor'easter develops along the Carolina coast this weekend, bringing
potential coastal flooding and beach erosion along portions of the
Mid-Atlantic coast into early next week...

Low pressure off, Nor'easter, the North Carolina coast will move eastward
out over the Atlantic by Sunday morning. Moisture circulating around the
low will stream moisture into the North Carolina coast, producing rain
through Monday as the low moves closer to the North Carolina Coast.  The
trailing cold front over southern Florida will slowly move southward to
the Straits of Florida, bringing rain over southern Florida through
Monday. The rain will be heavy on Saturday. Therefore, the WPC has issued
a Slight Risk (level 2/4) of excessive rainfall over parts of the Southern
Plains on Saturday through Sunday morning. The associated heavy rain will
create mainly localized areas of flash flooding, with urban areas, roads,
and small streams, with low-lying areas the most vulnerable, and
landslides on roads.

In addition, moisture flowing northward over northwestern Mexico will
stream into the Southwest, adding to rain over the area through Monday.
Moreover, an approaching low over the Eastern Pacific will produce rain
along the Pacific Northwest Coast on Monday.
