   Cold Ireland, Scotland with sunshine and variable cloud, scattered
   showers western coasts 5C. Sunshine and variable cloud with scattered
   to prolonged snow showers southern Sweden and Norway Norway
   temperatures near 0C, variable cloud and snow showers Arctic below 0C
   throughout. Sunshine and scattered snow showers across most Baltic
   states including Latvia and Estonia with temperature near or below 0C.
   Stormy for England trhough to Denmark, northern France to Netherlands
   Netherlandswith rain prolonged and heavy through most of the day rain
   then into and across Germany towards Poland, breezy especially near
   windward coasts with a fresh generally westerly wind temperatures near
   10C though with increasing windchill. Dry with sunshine and variable
   cloud trhough remainder of France across to Switzerland and Austria,
   into Hungary towards Ukraine with temperatures near 15C into the
   afternoon western and southern France dipping to near 10 elsewhere.
   Spain and Medittereanen Isles to Italy mostly dry though with showers
   central Italy Italy with prolonged rain Bosnia to Albania, snow with
   height temperaures near 0C, to 15C for Italy and coastal Portugal.
   Overnight rain moving eastwards from Denamrk to Poland and rain moving
   into and through central France.

   Thursday 28 November
   Cloudy through the morning across Denmark to Belarus Belaruswith
   sunshine and showers for Denmark and prolonged rain through Baltic and
   outbreaks of snow Estonia to Luthuania temperatures 0C with snow to 5C
   with rain. Cloudy with rain and snow for the afternoon southwards from
   Belarus to Ukraine, later into Moldovia Moldovia, snow at height in
   mountains of Bulgaria, temperatures 0C to 5C. Dry and sunny though a
   cold start with widespread frost across England and Wales, to Scotland
   and N.Ireland through the morning with rain into Ireland and western
   Scotland during the afternoon becoming breezy with outbreaks of rain.
   For Norway and Sweeden dry with mainly clear skies, sunshine for south
   temperatures well below 0C for all. A mix of sunshine and showers
   across France France, with mix of rain and snow through Alpine Austria
   and Switzerland 10C generally. Spain, Portugal southern France to Italy
   reamin generally dry with sunshine temperatures 15 to 20C, Sunshine and
